Larry Way, 71, retired Construction Estimator and the
biggest K-State fan, died Sunday, December 8, 2024. 

Rosary will be at 7:00 pm, Thursday,
December 19, 2024, at Downing &amp; Lahey East Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be
at 10:00 am, Friday, December 20, 2024, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.


Preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Juanita Way. Survived by his wife,
Patty Way; daughter, Brandi Leigh Way; sisters, Debbie (Kenny) Englert, all of
Wichita, Donna Tison of Angleton, TX; brothers, Ross (Becky) Way, Warren

Sidne Sue "Susie" (Mog)&nbsp;
Seeman, 84, of Larned, KS, passed away Thursday, October 31, 2024, at Pawnee
Valley Community Hospital in Larned, KS.

Sue's life journey began
on November 17, 1939, in the most remarkable way. As her parents, William "Bill"
Mog and Nora Loree (King) Mog, attempted to make it to the hospital in
Goodland, Kansas, during a terrible snowstorm, they had to improvise, boarding
a school bus when the roads became impassable. Susie was born on the bus on the
way to the hospital. Two years later, her sister and best friend, Donna (Mog)
Hanken, was born, cementing a bond of love and shared memories for the family
of four.

Sue graduated from
Hudson High School, Hudson, Kansas, and decided to follow in both her parents'
footsteps to become a PE teacher. She enrolled at Fort Hays State College but
soon found her creative spirit drawn to the world of hairdressing. Sidne Sue earned
her cosmetology certificate in 1961 from Sidney's Hairdressing College, Inc.,
in Hutchinson, KS. In the beauty shop built by her father at their home in
Larned, Susie practiced her craft with her weekly standings.

Susie filled her younger
days with tennis, golf, and Bridge alongside her sister and parents. As she got
older, volleyball, softball, painting, woodworking, and poetry were added to
her list of activities. Sue discovered internet card games, and during her 60s,
up until her death, she played online Bridge with friends from the United
States and Canada.

Sue married Winston C.
Seeman on June 6, 1964. They were happy with the arrival of their first
daughter, Michelle Renee', though the 1965 Thunderbird they had special-ordered
was not to be—baby first! The family was complete when, two years later, Denise
Loree was born. As much as Susie loved her sports and activities, she loved her
daughters more. Sue encouraged her girls to be active in school and sports and
to have many friends. People of old will remember the old Ford Falcon station
wagon full of kids being transported to the movies or the pool. Susie and her
sister, Aunt Donnie, seemed inseparable while raising their children together.
Michelle, Denise, and cousins Missy and Rhonda enjoyed countless hours of fun
together while enduring many car rides with their mothers’ “singing”!

Sue and Winston later
divorced after 50 years of marriage.

Left to cherish her
memory are her daughters, Michelle (Dean) Dreiling and Denise (Steve) Staab;
granddaughters Abbey (Tom) Hammann, Madalyne Staab, Lauren (Evan) Murphy, and
Karlie Murphy; and great-grandchildren Avery and Bennett Hammann.

Interment of her ashes
will occur in the spring, her favorite time of year. She will join her loving
parents at the Larned Cemetery,&nbsp;Larned, Ks. A celebration of life will be
announced at a later time.

Francis
Matthew Rudell, 82, of Oakley, KS died December 6th, 2024, at Logan County
Hospital in Oakley, KS. He was born September 20th, 1942, to Matias “Matt”
Rudell and Mary (Pfeifer) Rudell in Russell Springs, KS. He married his wife,
Pamela (Wagoner) Rudell on December 30th, 1961, whom he is survived by. He was
preceded in death by his daughter Tamera and his granddaughter, Jessica, whom
he had adopted.&nbsp;

He graduated from Oakley High School, and later took classes at
Colby Community College.&nbsp;

He worked for the Co-op Union Mercantile Co. driving trucks and
managing the Campus, KS elevator and later worked for Western Plains Energy.&nbsp;

Francis was deeply involved in his community through his time
spent in various associations and on many boards. These include his 44-year
membership in the American Quarter Horse Association, for which he received a
40-year Membership Award, American International Charolais Association, member
of the Gove County Business Leadership Committee, served on the Oakley Fair
Board for 10 years, was a member of the USD #291 (Grinnell) School Board, a
member of the Fort Wallace Mounted Drill Team, he was also a leader for the
Gove County Fair Program, helping with the Logan County Drill Team, and was
also a leader in the Hi-Plains 4-H Club. While being the leader of the 4-H club
he enjoyed taking kids on various trail rides. He also received the honor of
being the Grand Marshal of the Logan County Fair Parade on July 20th, 2016.

Francis enjoyed horses and classic cars. Francis and Pam enjoyed
raising horses and showing horses. They also ran racehorses in Kansas,
Colorado, Nebraska and Oklahoma. Most recently they enjoyed training cutting
horses. He was a founding member of Tri-County Cruisers in Oakley, KS. He was
also Boy Scout Den leader and an instructor for Hunters Safety course.&nbsp;

The family will receive friends
from 5-7:00 p.m., December 12th, 2024, at Baalmann Mortuary, Oakley. Memorial
service is 10:00 a.m., December 13th, 2024, at the United Methodist Church in
Oakley. Burial will follow in the Grinnell Township Cemetery, Grinnell.

Francis Matthew Rudell

Edward Duane Cersovsky, 85, of Colby, KS, died Friday, December 6th, 2024 at Citizens Medical Center in Colby, KS. He was born August 16th, 1939, on the family farm in rural Thomas County to Lloyd Joseph Cersovsky Sr. and Eva Marie (Renner) Cersovsky. He married his wife, Sheryl Lea (Turner) Cersovsky on August 24th, 1963.&nbsp;

As a child, Ed attended grade school in school district 78 at Pleasant Hill in rural southeast Thomas County. He went on to attend Colby High School from which he graduated in 1957. He enjoyed hunting coyotes, time at the lake in Trenton, NE with family and friends, riding motorcycles as a family, and watersports. Once graduated, he joined the National Guard.

After his time in the service, Ed worked many jobs ranging from helping build parts of I-70 and the Mingo grain elevator to hauling bulls for 14 years, all while helping his father on the family farm. He and his uncle, Clarence Cersovsky, farmed his land together, land which he proudly farmed to this day. He even spent a few years trucking across the country, with Sheryl often joining him for the journeys.&nbsp;

Later in his life, Ed found another hobby in horse racing, to which he owned multiple quarter horses. He would follow his horses to places such as Ruidoso Downs in New Mexico, El Paso, Texas, and Remington Park in Oklahoma. His horses led him to various tracks all across the country, where he met many dear friends and made lifelong memories.&nbsp;

Ed was preceded in death by his parents; infant son, Edward D; brothers John and Fred Cersovsky, and sister Barbara Williams.&nbsp;

Ed is survived by his wife, Sheryl Lea (Turner) Cersovsky; son, Troy Cersovsky; daughter, Rhonda (Jim) Cersovsky-McLaughlin; brothers, Lloyd Jr. (Cindy) Cersovsky, Mark Cersovsky; brothers-in-law, Ron (Pam) Turner, and Kerry (Barb) Turner; sister-in-law, Marilyn (Tom) Rogers; grand-children, Amber Cersovsky, Josh (Savannah) Cersovsky, Chase (Kortney) Cersovsky, Cameron (Conner) White, and Carson McLaughlin; great-grandchildren, Elijah Cersovsky, Caleb Anderson, Aubrey Anderson, Trygg Cersovsky, Opal Cersovsky, Henrik Cersovsky, Brigham Cersovsky, and Jack White, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Edward Duane Cersovsky

Georgine (Peters) Barber, 92, Hays, died peacefully in her sleep on Friday morning, December 6, 2024. She was a wonderful mixture of love, laughter and determination.

She was born to Alvis and Georgine (Rupp) Peters on March 18, 1932 in Hays, Kansas. She was the oldest of four children. She married Fred Barber, the love of her life on November 7, 1949 and together they raised three children and two grandchildren.

Georgine devoted her life to taking care of others. At an early age, she became responsible for three younger siblings and continued taking care of others throughout her life. She was a protective mother hen swooping in nieces and nephews and other children under her loving wings.

Georgine was one of the hardest working people you could meet. She always had a big garden and canned and froze everything she could get her hands on. She was famous for her cooking, especially the German dishes she prepared. She was a talented seamstress and quilt maker. There wasn’t much that she couldn’t do once she made up her mind.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred, an infant daughter, Sophia, and one great grandchild, Brandon Rashada.

She is survived by three children, Frederick (Fran) of Trophy Club, Texas, Dr. Gloria Jones (David), of Wichita and Louise Smith-Klitzke (Jason) of Wilson Lake, and six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Her laughter and loving nature will be missed by many.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 7:00, with a vigil service at 6:00 pm, all on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home. A private family inurnment will be at a later date in Buchanan Cemetery, Graham County. Memorials are suggested to TMP Endowment. Georgine (Peters) Barber

Carolyn Fuller, 73, Hays, KS, passed away December 2, 2024 at
The University of Kansas Medical Center, after a brief illness.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Carolyn Marlene Fuller was born on September 8, 1951 in El
Dorado, Kansas to Maynard and Mary Alice Weber. The only daughter in the
family, she had three brothers, Charles, Ray, and Marc. She moved a lot as a
child before settling in Hays for her teen years. During her childhood, she
developed an early love of reading and art.

Her first child, Natalie, was born in Hays in 1973 at Saint
Anthony’s Hospital, and second daughter Christie was born in Kansas City,
Missouri in 1975. After divorce and living in various locations, she settled
back in Hays with her daughters in 1983. There, Carolyn began attending Fort
Hays University, where she eventually received a Master’s in Education.
Remaining in Hays, she became a middle school math and science teacher, first
at Kennedy Middle School before finishing her career at Hays Middle School. Her
teaching career lasted for over 30 years. She was an inspiration to many
students, and took great joy in teaching and in educating such a large number
of Hays residents – even if she had to give a fair number of detentions. 

A proud resident of Hays, and very
outgoing, she took part in many local clubs and activities throughout her life,
including being an avid gardener and member of the Prairie Garden Club – she
received her Master Gardener certificate and never stopped cultivating plants.
She could grow nearly anything, and spent many days working on
artistically-perfecting her yard on West 15th Street and when moving
to Homestead Assisted Living. An expert and devoted artist, crafter (she had a
collection of over 10,000 buttons!), and quilter, Carolyn especially loved
making quilts for babies and as auction donations. A number of her re-imagined
antique sewing machines, which she turned into art pieces, were purchased by a
private collector.

Carolyn was a relentless reader of
murder mysteries and other books, as well as a volunteer at the Hays Public
Library, an enthusiastic thrift store shopper, usually on trips with her
sister-in-law Debbie Weber, and incredible baker – her favorite bakes included
monster cookies and all kinds of cakes. While her daughters remained her main
children, she loved dogs, too, and was mom to many, including Cracker, Heather,
Puddles, Murphy, Darby, and Rooney. This love also came through via her many
years volunteering at&nbsp;The Humane Society of the High Plains.

She instilled many of those same
interests, crafting, baking, reading, educating others, dogs, and more to her
daughters, whom she traveled to visit often, making trips to see them in
Washington, Louisiana, and other states. In addition, she took one memorable
trip to central Italy with her daughter Christie to visit her other daughter
Natalie, a trip that provided inspiration for much of her artistic endeavors,
plus lots of good food and memories. 

Carolyn is preceded in death by her
parents and brothers Marc and Ray. She is survived by daughter Natalie, husband
A.J. Rathbun, and granddog Ainsley, daughter Christie and granddog Billie, brother

 </figure>Carolyn Fuller, 73, Hays, KS, passed away December 2, 2024 at
The University of Kansas Medical Center, after a brief illness.&nbsp;&nbsp;Carolyn Marlene Fuller was born on September 8, 1951 in El
Dorado, Kansas to Maynard and Mary Alice Weber. The only daughter in the
family, she had three brothers, Charles, Ray, and Marc. She moved a lot as a
child before settling in Hays for her teen years. During her childhood, she
developed an early love of reading and art.Her first child, Natalie, was born in Hays in 1973 at Saint
Anthony’s Hospital, and second daughter Christie was born in Kansas City,
Missouri in 1975. After divorce and living in various locations, she settled
back in Hays with her daughters in 1983. There, Carolyn began attending Fort
Hays University, where she eventually received a Master’s in Education.
Remaining in Hays, she became a middle school math and science teacher, first
at Kennedy Middle School before finishing her career at Hays Middle School. Her
teaching career lasted for over 30 years. She was an inspiration to many
students, and took great joy in teaching and in educating such a large number
of Hays residents – even if she had to give a fair number of detentions. A proud resident of Hays, and very
outgoing, she took part in many local clubs and activities throughout her life,
including being an avid gardener and member of the Prairie Garden Club – she
received her Master Gardener certificate and never stopped cultivating plants.
She could grow nearly anything, and spent many days working on
artistically-perfecting her yard on West 15th Street and when moving
to Homestead Assisted Living. An expert and devoted artist, crafter (she had a
collection of over 10,000 buttons!), and quilter, Carolyn especially loved
making quilts for babies and as auction donations. A number of her re-imagined
antique sewing machines, which she turned into art pieces, were purchased by a
private collector.Carolyn was a relentless reader of
murder mysteries and other books, as well as a volunteer at the Hays Public
Library, an enthusiastic thrift store shopper, usually on trips with her
sister-in-law Debbie Weber, and incredible baker – her favorite bakes included
monster cookies and all kinds of cakes. While her daughters remained her main
children, she loved dogs, too, and was mom to many, including Cracker, Heather,
Puddles, Murphy, Darby, and Rooney. This love also came through via her many
years volunteering at&nbsp;The Humane Society of the High Plains.She instilled many of those same
interests, crafting, baking, reading, educating others, dogs, and more to her
daughters, whom she traveled to visit often, making trips to see them in
Washington, Louisiana, and other states. In addition, she took one memorable
trip to central Italy with her daughter Christie to visit her other daughter
Natalie, a trip that provided inspiration for much of her artistic endeavors,
plus lots of good food and memories. Carolyn is preceded in death by her
parents and brothers Marc and Ray. She is survived by daughter Natalie, husband
A.J. Rathbun, and granddog Ainsley, daughter Christie and granddog Billie, brother

Carolyn Fuller

Robert Jay Schamel, 89,
formerly of Stockton, KS, passed away on December 1, 2024, in The Woodlands, TX
where he was living with his son, Kevin. He was born on May 23, 1935, to Harry
and Esther (Junker) Schamel in Indianola, NE. He married Doris Allacher on
December 4, 1960, in Herndon, KS. They were blessed with two children: Kevin
and Kaylyn.

Robert's life was filled with
a wide array of experiences, accomplishments, and passions. A Nebraska native,
he first gained recognition as an All-State football player at Indianola High
School, class of 1953. After graduation, he served in the U.S. Army for two
years, much of which was spent in Germany. His military service was followed by
a career in public service, beginning with the Bureau of Reclamation at Webster
Lake and continuing with the Frenchman Cambridge Irrigation District in McCook,
NE.

Robert’s work took him to
Ellis, where he served as the Superintendent of the Irrigation District at
Cedar Bluff Lake until 1979. From there, he moved to Stockton, where he once
again worked for the Bureau of Reclamation. His retirement came in 1998, but he
remained active in his community, serving as a county commissioner for 12 years
and contributing to the development of a new airport. He also ran the
scoreboards at the high school football and basketball games, cooked for the
UMC weekly prayer breakfasts, and volunteered at the UMC thrift store downtown
where he was often accused of discounting too much!

A charismatic figure, Robert
was known for his sense of humor and playful personality, often the life of the
party and the class clown. His fascination with space reflected his interest in
technology and innovation, and he was a devoted fan of the Nebraska Huskers,
earning the nickname "Mr. Husker." Outside of his professional life,
Robert enjoyed hobbies such as square dancing, fishing, hunting, walking,
playing cards and dogs. He was also an enthusiastic supporter of Donald Trump
and took great pride in voting for him "again."

Robert is survived by his
wife, Doris of The Woodlands, TX; son, Kevin Schamel of The
Woodlands, TX; daughter, Kaylyn (Steve) Meredith of Thousand Oaks, CA; and many
nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his
parents; brother, Donald “Doc” (Joan) Schamel; and seven sisters, Helen (Walt)
Walz, Elsie (Ewald) Werschke, Ruth (Orville) Stewart, Iona (Gaylord) Harned,
Roberta (Gerald) Brooks, and Esther Seelacek. 

A Celebration of Life Service
will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 10AM at the Stockton Church of
Restoration in Stockton, KS. Visitation will be on Sunday, 5-7PM at the funeral
home in Stockton. Burial will be in Indian Hills Cemetery in Indianola, NE,&nbsp;with a reception to follow at the Indianola Community Center.&nbsp;

Robert Jay Schamel

Christopher Dean Rorabaugh, age 72 of Ellis, Kansas
passed away December 2, 2024. He was born on November 13, 1952, in Seneca,
Kansas, to Roscoe Dean "R.D." and Helena "Mija" (Moden)
Rorabaugh. Chris graduated from Ellis High School in 1970 and then Fort Hays
State University. On April 17, 1970, he married Rebecca Sue (Hurt) at the
United Methodist Church in Ellis.



He was a dedicated husband, father, educator, and coach. As a devoted husband
of 54 years and a loving father, he found immense joy and purpose in his
family. His unwavering commitment to creating cherished memories and nurturing
a life filled with love and laughter will always be remembered and treasured by
those who knew him best. 

He
was deeply committed to his students, always striving to inspire and guide them
toward their full potential. His passion for teaching and coaching extended
beyond the classroom and field as he worked tirelessly to make a positive
impact on the lives of everyone he encountered.

 

Chris's teaching and coaching career started in Utica, Kansas in 1975 where he
coached boys’ basketball, football as well as track and field. After leaving
Utica, Chris continued teaching and coaching in Bushton, Chetopa, and Copeland
where he held the position of being the High School Principal and coached
before returning to his beloved hometown of Ellis in 1990.



Chris was with the Ellis school district for 23 years. During his tenure at
Ellis, he was a respected and successful coach at the Junior and Senior High
levels, known for guiding his teams to multiple victorious seasons and leaving
a lasting impact on sports. 

He
was selected as the KSHSAA Track and Field Coach of the Year twice,
representing the great success the Ellis Track Program had under his tenure.
Chris was also an accomplished High School Basketball coach taking 2 of the
Ellis teams to state. In 2006 Chris was honored to receive recognition from the
Kansas Basketball Coaches Association for accumulating 350 wins, an
accomplishment Chris was very proud of along with his 30 years of service with
the KBCA. Chris was also honored to be inducted into the Ellis Teachers Hall of
Fame in 2007.



Retirement was not really retirement for Chris. In 2009 he returned to coaching
at various area schools and began refereeing.&nbsp; His passion for coaching
and refereeing became his purpose in life. 

Chris
also worked for the City of Hays Public Works Division as a Code Enforcement
Officer.&nbsp; He has held this position for the last 15 years. 



Chris is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca Sue (Hurt) Rorabaugh of Ellis;
&nbsp;He took immense pride in his family, which includes his son, Dustin
Rorabaugh of Hays, KS and children, Taden, Lakyn, Jaxon, and Ava and their
mother Angie Zimmerman; his daughters, Rachel Hartman and husband Jeff of
Shawnee, KS, along with their children, Whitney, Ben, and Jacob; Jessica Rhoden
and husband Jeff of Hays, KS and her children, Candace, Brandon (and wife
Christen, and their daughter Eloise), Brittany, and Carter; and Robbi Nartey
and husband Chris of Edmond, OK, with children Josslyn and Jaden; Chris's
brothers, Steve Rorabaugh and wife Jan of Loveland, CO, Kevin Rorabaugh and
wife Lyndel of Ellis, KS and David Rorabaugh and wife Melissa of Hays, KS; as
well as Chris’ furbabies, Salt, Pepper, and Myah. 



Preceding him in death were his parents, R.D. “Rocky” and Mija Rorabaugh, and
his beloved furbaby, Wilbur "Willie".



Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Celebration
Community Church 5790 230th Ave Hays, KS 67601. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope
Cemetery in Ellis, Kansas.

Cora Lou Ryan, age 87, of
&nbsp;Victoria, Kansas passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at her home. 

She was born May
21, 1937, on the family farm at Victoria, Kansas to Alphonse M. and Mary
(Windholz) Kuhn. She married Richard Ryan and later separated.

She was a business woman maintaining her upholster shop on her farm for over 25
years.&nbsp; She was a city clerk for the City of Victoria for 12 years, she
was the office manager for the first Victoria cable TV company, and retired
after a number of years working for Ralph Howerton Taxes and Accounting. 

Cora started the Victoria Meal Site and the Meals on Wheels
program.&nbsp; She was very active in the Victoria V.F.W. Auxiliary Post No.
1751, chaired a lot of their programs and played piano at their activities. She
served four terms on the Victoria School Board and served on the St. Fidelis
Church Committee. &nbsp;

She grew up on
the farm in Victoria and was a 1955 graduate of Victoria High School,&nbsp;a member of The Basilica of Saint Fidelis, and Victoria V.F.W. Auxiliary Post No. 1751.  She was an avid reader, she worked many years on her Volga German families genealogy, and enjoyed playing cards.&nbsp;

Cora is survived by her children, Jim Ryan and wife, Vicki, Wichita, KS; Ruth
Ryan, Wichita, KS; Sean Ryan and wife, Christy, Topeka, KS; her grandchildren,
Bryson Ryan; Logan Ryan and wife, Alora; Stacy Velleca and husband, Drew;
Brittany Ryan; Alex Ryan and wife, Jocelyn; Preston Ryan and wife, Ashley; her
great grandchildren, Laney Velleca; Cooper Velleca; Ruby Velleca; Ava Ryan; and

Monday, at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary Victoria, Kansas.

Capuchin-Franciscan Brother Joseph McGlynn, 81, celebrated
cook for St. Fidelis Friary and the Capuchin Spiritual Life Center of Victoria,
Kansas for the past 17 years, died rather unexpectedly on Thursday, November
29, 2024 at the HaysMed in Hays, Kansas.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 3, 1943, Dennis
Gerald McGlynn was the son of John P. and Alice Sheila (McKendry) McGlynn. At
the age of 16, having attended Ascension Catholic Grade School for eight years
and Northeast Catholic High School for two years, he adopted the religious name
Joseph and began a year’s postulancy with the friars of the Capuchin Province
of Pennsylvania at the Capuchin Brothers Training Center at SS, Peter and
Paul’s Friary in Cumberland, Maryland.

The following year, he made his novitiate at St. Conrad
Friary in Annapolis, Maryland, and made first profession as a Capuchin lay
brother on August 22, 1961.

Br. Joseph engaged in two more years of religious formation
and trade schooling in Cumberland and another at St. Fidelis Friary in Herman,
Pennsylvania., and then made a lifelong commitment as a Capuchin brother on
August 22, 1964.

Joseph’s first 12 years as a solemnly professed friar were
spent in domestic service to friary communities in Annapolis and Victoria,
Kansas, with specific assignments as tailor for eight years and cook for six.

In 1977, the Pennsylvania province was divided into two new
provinces at the Indiana-Illinois border, and the western half (Illinois,
Missouri, Kansas, and Colorado) was named the Province of Mid-America under the
patronage of St. Conrad of Parzham; and Br. Joseph opted to join it.

In this new province, he continued pursuing the traditional
domestic responsibilities of lay brothers. A 16-page illustrated typescript he
assembled in these years, entitled “Measuring, Cutting, and Sewing a Capuchin
Habit” was dedicated to Br. Thomas Thomasunas, “my mentor in tailoring and in
Capuchin life.”

But Joseph also became a pioneer in new callings for lay
brothers! He was Mid-America’s first lay friar to serve (for five years) as a
fraternity vicar, and then as the first to serve (for 10 years) as a guardian.
Both appointments required special indults from the Holy See. 

During these years, Joseph also became involved in the
earliest formation efforts of the Province. He directed the pre-postulancy
program 1979-86, and then the postulancy program 1986-95.

He was also a member of the chapter steering committees in
1986, 1998 and 2001, and in 1986 became the first lay member of the provincial
council, serving nine years as such. In 1992, the North American Capuchin
Conference made him one of its delegates to the first ever International
Capuchin Assembly addressing Capuchin identity and culture, which was held in
Lublin, Poland.

Later he was kitchen manager and studied alcohol and drug
counseling at Dismas House in St. Louis; was Catholic campus minister at
Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas; and spiritually assisted
Secular Franciscan fraternities in Overland Park, Kansas, and Victoria.

Brother returned in 2007 to Victoria, and as the late Fr.
Gilmary Tallman described it, to “his den, his nest, his grazing ground, his
realm in the kitchen,” eventually having served his brothers’ culinary
pleasures well over 39 years of his 69 years with them. He was a great cook,
one brother stressed, great variety and willing to try new ideas. 

&nbsp;In the kitchen,
Joseph also held court, listening and asking question. “Some people are problem
solvers,” Gilmary said. “He is a problem hearer. Some people give advice, he
gives attention.”

Fr. Earl Befort added, “Joe was always kind and concerned
about all the brothers. After Don Debes had his stroke, Joe took great care of
him. Every day when we said office, Joe would sit with him and show him where
and how to find the right prayers and do so most patiently. Joe will be deeply
missed.”

Joseph was predeceased by his parents, his brothers John,
Charles, Msgr. Daniel, and Robert, and his sister Sheila, and is survived by
his brother James, presently in hospice, sister Eileen McGarrity of
Jenkenstown, PA, and 
19 nephews and nieces and their 43 children and grandchildren. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Thursday,
December 5, 2024 at the Basilica of St. Fidelis in Victoria with Fr. James
Moster, OFMCap. and Fr. Curtis Carlson, OFMCap. officiating. &nbsp;Burial will
follow in the Friars’ Plot in St. Fidelis Cemetery. &nbsp;Visitation will be
from 6:00 pm until 8:00 on Wednesday, and from 9:00 am until service time on

Capuchin-Franciscan Brother Joseph McGlynn

Donald C. 'Don' Hoover, 73, Hays, died Sunday, December 1,
2024 at Ellis Good Samaritan Society.

He was born February 9, 1951 in Hays, the son of Herbert C.
“Herb” and Wilma J. (Rupp) Hoover.&nbsp; Don
graduated from St. Joseph’s Military Academy in 1969, and in 1971 he earned an
Associate Degree in diesel mechanics from Northwest Kansas Vo-Tech in
Goodland.&nbsp; He was employed by Rupp’s Inc.,
Central Prairie Implement, Och’s Inc., and Carrico Implement.&nbsp; On December 30, 1969 he was united in
marriage to Jolene Smith in Hays, and they celebrated nearly 55 years of
marriage.&nbsp; His memberships included the
Schoenchen St. Anthony Third Degree Knights of Columbus Council #4166 and the
Smoky Hill Pheasants Forever Chapter 424 where he enjoyed helping with the
annual banquets and youth hunts.&nbsp; Don was
a Kansas City Chiefs fan and he enjoyed traveling, watching MASH, motorcycle
rides on his Honda Gold Wing, and hunting dove, pheasant, and occasionally
quail.&nbsp; He was always happy to gather
with his buddies and prepared to tell many good jokes. 

Survivors include his wife Jolene of Hays, three daughters,
Alisa Caruthers, of Hays, Traci Hoover of Topeka, and Brenna Sherlock and
husband Bryon of Hays, a brother, Fred Hoover of Hays, five sisters, Mary Metz
and husband Bill of Berryton, Carol Neihardt and husband Nelson of Topeka,
Connie Sheldon of Hays, Sue Hoover of Hays, and Janet Kuhn and husband Ed of
Walker, and four grandchildren, Alex Caruthers of Hays, Taylor Daugherty of
Topeka, Mckenzi Hoover and fiancé Trent Nickleson of Pratt, and Kooper Sherlock
of Hays.

Funeral services will be at 11:30 am on Friday, December 6,
2024 at Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Fr. Fred Gatschet officiating.&nbsp; All are invited to come dressed in your John

James Ubelaker, 73, passed away on November 29, 2024, at his home.&nbsp; He was
born on March 26, 1951, to James and Helena (Boden) Ubelaker in Lucas,
Kansas.&nbsp; Doug graduated from Osborne High School in 1969. He then
graduated from Hutchinson Junior College and Fort Hays State University.&nbsp;
After graduation, he returned home to Osborne. He worked for Town and Country
Market and Hardman Lumberyard for a semester before returning to Ellis High
School to do his student teaching.&nbsp; He returned again to Osborne and began
his teaching career at Osborne High School.&nbsp; Doug met the love of his life,
Linda Hurt, and they were married on August 5, 1978, in Ellis, Kansas.

Doug
was a beloved teacher at Osborne High School for 47 years.&nbsp; He was
athletic director for Osborne High School and Middle School for 39 years.&nbsp;
He coached football, basketball, track, softball, and cheerleading.&nbsp; He
loved refereeing and was able to referee both volleyball and basketball for
over 50 years.&nbsp; His other love was the farm.&nbsp; He loved spending time
doing anything at the farm and raising cattle.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Doug
served many years on the Farm Bureau Board, St. Aloysius Catholic Church Parish
Council, Osborne Recreation Commission Board, 4-H Club Leader and the Osborne
County 4-H Council.

Doug
is survived by his wife of 46 years, Linda, of the home;&nbsp; his two
daughters, Kelli (David) King of Phillipsburg, KS and Krisa (Joel) Schneider of
Olmitz, KS; grandchildren, Brayden, Bryson, Brody King, and Peyton, Colt, Cade
Schneider; siblings, Kenny (Shari) Ubelaker of Osborne, KS, Sandy (Greg) Smith
of Hays, KS, and Judy (Joe) Gasper of Tipton, KS.&nbsp; He is also survived by
many nieces, nephews, and numerous former students whose lives he touched.

He is
preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Helena Ubelaker and in-laws Jim and
Elsie Hurt.

Barbara Jean Morton, 89, passed away peacefully on November
30, 2024, at Trego County-Lemke Memorial Hospital. She was born on October 22,
1935, to Arthur and Margaret (Rainwater) Baugher at St. Anthony Hospital in
Hays, Kansas.

Barbara graduated from Trego Community High School and later
married Paul Morton on June 19, 1953, in Ellis, Kansas. The couple made their
home in WaKeeney, Kansas, where they spent their married life together.

In the early years of their marriage, Barbara dedicated
herself to raising her family. She later worked at Travenol in Hays before
pursuing her true passion in law enforcement. Barbara worked as a deputy
sheriff and dispatcher, a career she cherished until her retirement.

Barbara is survived by her three sons, Terry Morton, James
(Kathy) Morton, and David (Kristal) Morton, all of WaKeeney, KS; her daughter,
Paula (Craig) Snider of Logan, KS; grandchildren Amber and Paul Larson, Aspen
King, Janae and Derrick Morton and Heather Walz; great-grandchildren Kayden
Larson, Alex and Kassie King, Ryder and Knox Larson, Kendra, and Alexis Ryan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and

Barbara Jean Morton

Janice
(Hockersmith) Huelsman, 78, died November 30, 2024, in Oakley, KS. She was born
February 26, 1946, in Quinter, KS, to Joseph M and Myrtis (Terpening)
Hockersmith. She attended Fort Hays State University. 

Janice married
Robert A. Huelsman on July 15, 1967, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Oakley.
Their children are daughter, Lisa Unrein and husband Brad, of Hays, KS and son
Randall and wife Cheryl of Gardner, KS. She had eight beloved grandchildren,
Victoria Titchenor and husband Matthew, Clinton Clare, Jonathan Huelsman,
Natalie Huelsman, Weston Huelsman, Addi Huelsman, Alex Unrein and Braden Unrein
and four great-grandchildren, Maleah Clare, Daniel Ofisi, Marshall Clare and
Giovanni Titchenor.

The couple
lived in Colorado when they were first married, and Janice worked in the court
system there. In 1981, the family moved back to Oakley, where they owned and
operated the Sears Catalog Store until its closure by Sears. When DSNWK opened
the branch in Oakley, Janice was their first secretary. In the evenings, she
did the bookwork for Hometown Tire &amp; Appliance, a business she and Bob
owned. 

In retirement,
Janice enjoyed going to the donut shop, eating lunch at the senior center,
doing number puzzles, watching crime shows, going to casinos and traveling. She
was a member of the St. Joseph Altar Society and Daughters of Isabella. 

Along with her
children and grandchildren, Janice is survived by her brother Donald and wife
Eileen, of Oklahoma City, OK; step-brother, Oura Garrett and wife Mickie, of
Oakley; step-sisters, Connie Maier, of Oakley and Charla Morris and husband
Larry of Shell Knob, MO; sisters-in-law, Lynn Hockersmith, Tucson, AZ, Sharon
Hockersmith, Wichita, KS, and Donna Garrett, Park, KS, and many extended family
members and friends. 

She was
preceded in death by her husband Robert on March 26, 2022; parents Joseph and
Myrtis; step-mother Imo Jean Hockersmith; an infant sister Vivian; brothers,
Jerry and Harvey; step-brother Delbert Garrett; brother-in-law Leroy Maier;
sister-in-law Mary Lou Huelsman; nephews, Justin Robben and Mason Hockersmith
and niece Donna Jo Woofter. 

Visitation is
5-7:00 p.m., with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at Baalmann
Mortuary, Oakley. Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at
St. Joseph Catholic Church, Oakley, with burial in the church cemetery.

Janice (Hockersmith) Huelsman

Robert (Bob) Piatt, 79, of
Victoria, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Good Samaritan
Home in Ellis, Kansas, following a courageous, long-time battle with several
medical issues.&nbsp; 

Bob was born in Eureka, Kansas, to
Robert and Lois Piatt and spent his early years on the family farm, which he
remembered as being a wonderful place. He loved telling people about riding his
horse to a one-room schoolhouse in the first grade. Through his Madison years,
he credited his membership in 4-H with acquiring practical and life
lessons.&nbsp; He was also very proud of
having earned the rank of Eagle Scout during his high school years.&nbsp; 

Bob married his wife Nancy McGuire
in 1972 and they were the proud parents of Christopher and Matthew. In addition
to their own sons, they were surrogate parents to their niece Meghan McGuire
and three international exchange students, Jasmin Wusthoff, (Germany) Anita
Solheim, (Norway) and Greta Kaufeld (Germany).

Although Bob was a huge sports fan
at heart, neither son had athletic abilities to speak of.&nbsp; So he happily pivoted to sitting through
countless plays, variety shows, recitals, concerts and even the occasional
opera.

A 1962 graduate of Madison High
School, Bob continued his education earning both a Bachelor's and Master’s
degree in English and Special Education from Emporia State University. He spent
his first teaching years in Beloit and later taught at WaKeeney High School,
Gorham and Russell High School. Taking a break from teaching in 1972, Bob
worked for 10 years in Garden City for a government program known as the
Neighborhood Youth Corps before returning to education. Everywhere he worked,
he built friendships with colleagues that lasted until the end of his life. His
favorite extra-curricular responsibility was directing school productions both
in Russell and Victoria known for their zany comedy and huge casts (in which
occasionally he made a surprise cameo appearance).

A mentor and role model to
generations of students, many credited him as helping them turn their lives
around when it mattered most. His volunteer commitments included devoted
participation in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program. He also served on the
local Board for the National Alliance for Mental Illness and the Victoria
Housing Authority.&nbsp; 

Through the years, Bob and Nancy
were known for their hospitality, welcoming dozens of actors, musicians,
comedians and other riffraff who passed through Victoria in need of room and
board. His love of animals, especially dogs, enriched his entire life.

Bob was a passionate fisherman
whose adventures took him and his many buddies to Kansas ponds, frozen
Minnesota ice waters, and Canadian lakes. Bob always had a green thumb and was
especially proud of his asparagus and tomato crops.&nbsp; An avid reader of hundreds of books, he was
known to be a formidable competitor in Trivial Pursuit.

Everyone who knew him well has
memories of his incredibly sharp sense of humor.&nbsp; He could get a laugh out of almost anyone in
his presence.

A quiet man of faith, Bob was
eternally grateful for life’s simple pleasures.&nbsp;
He was known to say “God knew what he was doing, when he planted me in
rural Kansas.”

Bob was preceded in death by his
parents, his sister Georgeann and husband Jack, and his sister Drusilla and
husband George, and niece Kathy Haworth.&nbsp;


He is survived by his wife Nancy,
son Christopher from Chicago, son Matthew and son-in-law Kevin Thornton of San
Francisco as well as a large, extended loving family and countless
friends.&nbsp; 

A celebration of life will be at
11:00 am on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral
Home.&nbsp; The family will receive friends
from 5:00 pm until 7:00 on Friday, January 3, 2025 and from 10:00 am until
service time, all at the funeral home.&nbsp;

Angeline Marie “Angie” Green, 96,
of Russell, Kansas, died surrounded by her loved ones, on Friday, November 22,
2024, at the Wheatland Nursing Center in Russell.

Angie was born on July 03,1928, in
Russell County, Kansas, the daughter of David C. and Amelia (Ehrlich)
Ehrlich.&nbsp; She grew up on the family farm
east of Russell and attended rural Russell County schools.&nbsp; She met, fell in love and was united in
marriage to Everett James Green on April 20, 1962, in Hastings, Nebraska.&nbsp; From this union Angie and Everett were
blessed with two children, Lionel and Gwenna.&nbsp;
Angie enjoyed being a full-time wife, mother and homemaker while her
children were young.&nbsp; Later in life she
worked as a hostess with Gutierrez Restaurant in Russell for many years. &nbsp;Angie was a lifelong member of St. John
Lutheran Church in Russell. She was most passionate about working as a senior
companion for 22 years working with the elderly.&nbsp; She was also on the Senior Companion Advisory
Board for many years and in 2008, received the Volunteer of the year award.&nbsp; She enjoyed helping elderly residents at
Wheatland Nursing Center for many years.&nbsp;
She loved spending time with her dogs and walking them, preparing Sunday
dinners for her family, cooking and baking.&nbsp;
Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

The surviving family includes her
son Lionel Green and Gwenna Green and fiancé Roger Podlena all &nbsp;of Russell, Kansas; sister in-law Twyla
Ehrlich of Russell, Kansas; nieces Tori Hall and husband Roy of Russell, Kansas
and Tami Ehrlich of Manhattan, Kansas; great niece Halle Anderson and husband
Colton of Russell, Kansas; and her beloved dog Poppi.

She was preceded in death by her
parents, husband Everett on February 17, 1997, and brother Dale Ehrlich.

Cremation has been selected by the family and a memorial service to celebrate Angie’s life will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, December 02, 2024, at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary in Russell, Kansas. Family will greet guests from 1 P.M. to service time and after the service on Monday, December 2nd. The family has requested memorials be given to St. John Lutheran Church of Russell, Kansas, and sent in care of the mortuary. Ruby Ellen McAdoo Smith Coleman, age 77, of Norman, Oklahoma passed away on November 19, 2024. She was born August 8, 1947, to Stewart Leslie McAdoo and Josie Edna McAdoo (Vanhoutan) in Stockton, KS. She is the 7th child of 11 children.

Ruby went to school in Russell her whole life. She went to Fossil Creek school and graduated from Russell High School in 1966. She met Keith Smith in 1965 and married in 1966. In this union they had 4 daughters. They later divorced. She met and married Donald Coleman and had one daughter in the marriage. They later divorced.

Ruby lived in a numerous places. Albert, KS for 7 years, Arapahoe, NE for 10 years, Otis-Bison area for 3 years, Russell from 1984-2011. From Russell she moved to the Great Bend area for 9 years before making her home in Norman, Oklahoma. She enjoyed quilting, bowling, writing poetry, sewing, doing word searches, drawing and painting, playing her games on her IPAD, coloring, and watching Hallmark Movies.

She attended beauty school right after high school. She worked in healthcare for many years. She cleaned and drove the city bus for Russell for many years. She worked in convenience stores and a grocery store, as well as a department store. Her last job was driving people to and from their appointments. She loved being able to help people.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. She was an active member of several congregations, the longest being First Southern Baptist Church of Russell, KS. She was also a girl scout leader. A member of Women’s auxiliary, Quilts of Valor, and the American Legion.

Ruby is proceeded in death by her parents, her sisters Alice Zordel and Martha Batman (Charles still living), brothers Leslie McAdoo (Judy still living) and Stewart McAdoo (Janet deceased). She is survived by her children: Sherry Fleming and Pamela Smith of Norman, Oklahoma, Regina Jacobs of Hays, KS, Sarah Smith-Orr of Topeka, KS and Stacey (Duncan) Holley of Hays, KS; 12 grandchildren: Marcus (Jen), Tricia, Tony Jr, Chyna, Timothy, Afrika, DaShawn, Khalil, Marla, Tamia, Donatello, Stefan. 12 Great Grandchildren: Eric, Darious, Javontae, Brayleigh, Genesis, Brysen, Maliyah, Tiana, Miles, Monroe, Jude, Sloane; siblings Josie Doty (Larry deceased), Evelyn Monroe (Leroy deceased), Mary Pollock, Edna Coyle (Robert), William McAdoo (Carol), Larry McAdoo (Darlene). Ruby Ellen McAdoo Smith Coleman

Mary
Louise (Fellers) Pennington, 97, a longtime resident of Graham County, died Nov.
24, 2024 in Broomfield, CO. 

Mary
Lou was born on Aug. 9, 1927 in Hays, KS to Harvey Webster Fellers and Mary A.
(Dague) Fellers, the fifth of six children. 

Mary
Lou graduated from Hays High School in May 1945, four months before the end of
World War II. She enrolled that fall at Fort Hays State College where she developed
her lifelong passion for English literature and grammar. 

At
Fort Hays, Mary Lou was president of Women’s Leadership, the feature writer for
the college newspaper and a member of the Delta Sigma Epsilon sorority. She was
also a Tigerette, a member of the student council and played violin in the
college orchestra. She also played the female lead in several college theater
productions, receiving critical acclaim.

While
in college, Mary Lou met the love of her life, Russell Pennington, who was
attending college after having served in the U.S. Navy. They were married on
Aug. 25, 1949, shortly after her college graduation, in the Hays United
Methodist Church. It was a marriage that would last&nbsp; 73 years until Russell’s death in February 2023.

After
Russell’s graduation the following year, they moved to Rozel, Kansas where Mary
Lou taught high school English and Russell was principal of the grade school.

After
three years in Rozel, they moved to the Pennington family farm north of Bogue
so Russell could share farming responsibilities with his brother, Walter. Here,
Russell and Mary Lou began a family: Russell Mark was born in 1954 and William
Dane was born in 1956. The young family moved to Bogue in the spring of 1958. They
built their “forever” home in Bogue in 1961 and lived in it for 58 years.&nbsp; 

Also
in 1961, Mary Lou began teaching English literature at Palco High School, which
she enjoyed immensely. She loved her students and they loved her back. She not
only instilled in her students a love of great literature, but, because she was
among the youngest teachers on staff, she was frequently sought out for advice on
how to handle a student’s latest relationship crisis.

In
1964, she began teaching 7th and 8th grade English
literature and grammar in the Bogue Grade School. Thus began generations of
Bogue students who, for the first five minutes of every class, listened to Mary
Lou read “Old Yeller” and “Savage Sam” in seventh grade. In eighth grade, at
her request to the school board, her students made the leap to reading Shakespeare’s
“Julius Caesar.” For the rest of her life, on each March 15, Mary Lou would hear
former students shout, “Mrs. Pennington! It’s the Ides of March!” She loved it.

After
retiring from teaching full-time in 1990, Mary Lou was a substitute teacher at
the Bogue Grade School and Hill City High School where she exposed another
generation of students to good grammar and great literature.

Because
of their advancing age, in June 2019 Mary Lou and Russell moved to the Sunrise
Assisted Living facility in Broomfield, CO, just four blocks from their son and
daughter-in-law, Dane and Sandy.

Mary
Lou was an avid reader and enjoyed memorizing poetry. Well into her 90s she
could recite by heart the 1,000-word epic poem, The Highwayman, by Alfred
Noyes. On her deathbed, she mouthed the words as her sons and grandsons read
the poem to her.

Mary
Lou was a member of the Bogue United Methodist Church. She often said her
favorite scripture was the 23rd Psalm, especially the line “My cup
runneth over.” She served on the church’s administrative council as well as on
the board of trustees. She taught the adult Builders’ Sunday School Class for 58
years. She served on the Bogue City Council, the Graham County Arts Council and
the Graham County Library Board. She served as a state officer of the Kansas
Rural Letter Carriers Auxiliary. Mary Lou was a member of the Bogue TPM Club,
the United Methodist Women and Delta Kappa Gamma.

Survivors
include Mark and his wife, Josie, of Pittsburgh, PA; Dane and his wife, Sandy, of
Superior, CO, and their three sons: Grant; Tyler and his wife, Brittany; Connor
and his wife, Rachael, and their toddler son Grady. All three grandsons live in
the Denver area. 

Preceding
Mary Lou in death were her husband, Russell; her parents, Harvey and Mary
Fellers; her sisters, Ila Fern Crumrine, Marjorie Mowry, Dorothy Hill and
Winnie Rector, and her brother, Warren.

Funeral
services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024 at the Bogue United Methodist
Church with Pastor Julie Truhlar and Mary Lou’s nephew, Steve Hill, officiating.
The public is invited for a final viewing at 9:15 a.m. at the church, prior to
the service.

Burial
will be in the Wildhorse Township Cemetery in Bogue. Memorials may be given to
the Bogue United Methodist Church, Bogue, Kansas, 67625.

Louise (Fellers) Pennington, 97, a longtime resident of Graham County, died Nov.
24, 2024 in Broomfield, CO. Mary
Lou was born on Aug. 9, 1927 in Hays, KS to Harvey Webster Fellers and Mary A.
(Dague) Fellers, the fifth of six children. Mary
Lou graduated from Hays High School in May 1945, four months before the end of
World War II. She enrolled that fall at Fort Hays State College where she developed
her lifelong passion for English literature and grammar. At
Fort Hays, Mary Lou was president of Women’s Leadership, the feature writer for
the college newspaper and a member of the Delta Sigma Epsilon sorority. She was
also a Tigerette, a member of the student council and played violin in the
college orchestra. She also played the female lead in several college theater
productions, receiving critical acclaim.While
in college, Mary Lou met the love of her life, Russell Pennington, who was
attending college after having served in the U.S. Navy. They were married on
Aug. 25, 1949, shortly after her college graduation, in the Hays United
Methodist Church. It was a marriage that would last&nbsp; 73 years until Russell’s death in February 2023.After
Russell’s graduation the following year, they moved to Rozel, Kansas where Mary
Lou taught high school English and Russell was principal of the grade school.After
three years in Rozel, they moved to the Pennington family farm north of Bogue
so Russell could share farming responsibilities with his brother, Walter. Here,

Mary Lou Pennington 

Dale L. Wing, 89, of Hays, Kansas, passed away on Saturday,
November 23, 2024 at HaysMed.

Dale was born to parents Lester and Emma Mae (King) Wing on
November 14, 1935, in Cimarron, Kansas. The family relocated to Hays, where he
graduated from Hays High School and Fort Hays State University. He worked for
the Kansas Department of Health and Environment and as Ellis County
Environmental Zoning Administrator.

Dale married Mary Ann Erbert on November 23, 1957. They had five
children;&nbsp;Les (Treasa) Wing,
Kingman, Kansas; Peggy Wing Stramel, Hays, Kansas;&nbsp;Marilee Wing, Lone Tree, Colorado; Karen Wing Von
Hoene, Highlands Ranch, Colorado; and Amy Wing, Lawrence, Kansas. He was a
grandfather to Tyler (Rhonda) Wing, Sean (Barbara Peters) Wing, Alex Wing, Jack
Von Hoene and Anna Von Hoene, and a great-grandfather to Allison Wing, Isabella
Wing, Victoria Wing and Evelyn Wing.

every moment he could pursuing that passion. From his musings: "There was
a tempo of tranquility as the filly's stride covered the ground in a rolling
motion.&nbsp;Hoofbeats resounded
hollowly on the prairie sod. Saddle leather rubbed out that special sound that
only comes from the flexing of a saddle in cadence with a horse's stride. The
ache of mind and body seem to melt away as nature's peace wraps around you and
you drift from man's world."We are grateful to the staff at HaysMed for the kind care provided
to him over the last months.In lieu of flowers, those who wish to honor his life are asked to
