The Chamber in Hays, Kansas is pleased to announce the upcoming Q3 Professional Development Series event, "Performance Management 101," sponsored by Sunflower Electric Power Corporation.
This Lunch and Learn session will take place at the Rose Garden Banquet Hall & Catering, located at 2350 E. 8th St., Hays, at 11:30 a.m., August 21.
The session will feature speakers Hannah Hilker and Michelle Bland, who will guide attendees through essential concepts in performance management.
The event is designed for small business owners, managers, and supervisors at all levels who aim to enhance their skills in managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit interviews.

RSVPs are required by August 14 and can be submitted on The Chamber's website.
The pricing for Chamber members is $30, while non-members can attend for $40.
Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be subject to a charge to cover the costs associated with the number of RSVPs submitted.
