Sponsored by Western Kansas Therapy Associates, the first event in the series will feature speakers Josh Tanguay and Lauren Mack, who will explore the crucial topic of "Supporting Employee Mental Wellness." Mack, a seasoned business owner and veterinarian with a decade of experience will provide practical examples drawn from her own professional journey. Complementing her expertise, Tanguay, a practicing psychotherapist for over ten years, will offer a comprehensive backdrop for understanding and responding to mental health challenges in the workplace.

"Through events like the Quarterly Lunch and Learn series, we aim to empower local businesses with the knowledge and resources necessary to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment."
The Chamber encourages all local businesses and community members to attend this enlightening event and join the collective effort to prioritize mental wellness in the workplace.
