A public hearing will be held at 8:15 a.m. June 14 by the Hays Area Board of Zoning Appeals. 

Midwest Energy is requesting to build a 60-ft. monopole at 600 E. 11th, which is in a heavy industrial zoning district.

The meeting will be held in Hays City Hall, 1507 Main.
