Hays Wrestling Club participated in the Kansas Folkstyle State Championships last weekend at the Kansas Star Arena in Mulvane. There were 1,765 wrestlers competing from 152 teams from across the state.
HWC had 36 wrestlers and placed 15 of these wrestlers in the top six of their respective weight classes. The club finished 14th out of the 152 teams in the team scoring.
