Smoky Hills PBS is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of Cottonwood Connections for its fifth season, premiering this Sunday at 6 PM.
The locally-produced series continues its mission of highlighting the stories, people, and heritage of rural Kansas.
“As we dig into the topics for each new season, it is always compelling to realize how many more stories there are to tell. We have such a complex and interesting history on the Plains that encapsulates so much of what shaped our country,” said Ed Lowry, Cottonwood Connections Creator. “It is a privilege to tell those stories and to introduce a broader audience to the great folks who work so hard to expand our understanding of our own history.”
Since its debut, Cottonwood Connections has become a staple in our programming lineup, showcasing the unique and diverse experiences of Kansans. Season 5 promises to build on that tradition, featuring these episodes:
