Beginning Tuesday, the city’s contractor will begin 
reconstructing the north side of 27th Street between Lincoln Drive and 
Fort Street. &nbsp;

During this phase of construction, traffic will be 
switched onto the new pavement along the south side of 27th Street and 
will be one-way eastbound. &nbsp;

This phase of construction is expected to take about two months.&nbsp;&nbsp;
