The Hays High girls make their third ever trip to the state semifinals on Friday as they face Shawnee Heights.
Hays' (24-1) win on Wednesday was just their fifth state tournament win in program history. Shawnee Heights (22-4) trailed after three quarters in their victory over Bonners Springs.
Winner of this game plays for a state title at 4:30 in Koch Arena at Wichita State University. The third place game will be played at 9:30 a.m.
Tip-off for this afternoon is set for 3:30. The Hertz Pregame Show will begin at 3:10 on 96.9 KFIX.
