Beginning Monday, August 12, at approximately 8 a.m., Morgan Brothers Construction will close the alley in Hays between E. 8th and 9th Streets and Oak and Pine Streets for pavement reconstruction. 

The area will be closed to through traffic and traffic control will be set in areas of work being completed. &nbsp;Repairs are expected to take multiple weeks to complete.
