Beginning on Thursday, at 8 a.m., the intersection of 11th and Ash in Hays will be closed to through traffic for water line replacements.

 Any residents affected by this project will be notified by the contractor for any interruption of services. 

These repairs are expected to take about a week.

 Please avoid the area if possible. Traffic control devices will be placed to direct the traveling public.
