The Wild West Festival Executive Committee has announced that public voting is now open for the organization’s new logo contest, marking a significant milestone in the festival’s ongoing commitment to community engagement.

Only one vote per person will be allowed, and voting will remain open through March 31.
This year, as part of a broader effort to revitalize branding and increase public awareness, the all-volunteer Wild West Festival Committee invited designers and artists from across the community to submit their best ideas for a new festival logo.
The response was exceptional, with the committee receiving submissions that showcased a wide range of talents and creative approaches.
Selecting which logos would advance to the voting stage was a challenging process.

“The committee wanted to involve the community in this selection process because the Wild West Festival is ultimately a celebration for everyone,” said Julie Edgeman, president of the Wild West Festival executive committee. “By allowing the public to vote, we are giving festival supporters and residents alike a chance to directly influence the festival’s new look. Edgeman said that the submissions highlight the creativity and enthusiasm that exists within the region.
Many of the entries featured unique color palettes and bold statements, while others drew on historical elements to convey a sense of heritage.
