Starting Wednesday, August 14 in Hays, W. 17th Street from Elm to Walnut will be closed during the day to through traffic for water line replacements. 

Residents will still be allowed access and the street will be reopened in the evenings. 

Any residents affected by this project will be notified by the contractor for any interruption of services.
