Beginning Monday, April 29 at 8 a.m., Hays city crews will begin utility work on the 13th Street center lane near General Custer Road. 

The center lane will be closed during the week; however, the outer lanes will remain open. 

Repairs are expected to be completed by the end of the day on Friday, May 3.
