Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center Blue Ribbon Trees will be with community partners in Scott City, Hays at Big Creek Crossing and Las Hefas Latin Cuisine, Liberal and Garden City. Trees were put up on Nov. 14 and taken down on Dec. 12.
