The Wild West Festival Committee has officially opened sponsorship opportunities for the 2025 Wild West Festival, scheduled for July 2–July 5, 2025, offering local businesses and organizations the chance to support one of the region’s most beloved events.
This annual festival brings affordable, high-quality family entertainment to the citizens of Hays, Ellis County, and the surrounding communities.
Julie Edgeman, newly elected president of the Wild West Festival Committee, emphasized sponsors and volunteers' critical role in the event's success.
“Our sponsors and volunteers are the foundation of the Wild West Festival,” Edgeman said. “Their dedication ensures we can continue delivering a fun, family-friendly experience year after year. We encourage businesses and individuals to join us in creating an unforgettable 2025 celebration.”
Sponsorship benefits include logo placement on the festival’s website and social media channels, regional radio advertising in the weeks leading up to the event, and the ability to purchase additional VIP tickets at a reduced rate of $200 or general admission tickets for $35 each.
Sponsorship Levels
- Main Street Level ($3,100–$9,999): Includes a 10’x3’ banner displayed in the festival area, a prominent logo on side stage projection screens, and tickets/parking permits calculated based on sponsorship amount.
- President Level ($3,000): Includes a 10’x3’ banner, a prominent logo on side stage projection screens, six 3-night VIP tickets, and one 3-night VIP parking permit.
- Marshall Level ($2,000): Includes three 3’x4’ banners, a logo on shared side stage projection screens, four 3-night VIP tickets, and one 3-night VIP parking permit.
- Sheriff Level ($1,500): Includes two 3’x4’ banners, a logo on shared side stage projection screens, three 3-night VIP tickets, and one 3-night VIP parking permit.
- Deputy Level ($1,000): Includes two 3’x4’ banners, a logo on shared side stage projection screens, two 3-night VIP tickets, and one 3-night VIP parking permit.
All sponsorship forms and payments are due before March 31, 2025.

Sponsors must provide their banners, and reduced-rate VIP tickets must be purchased during the initial sponsorship.
Leadership Announcements
During its recent meeting, the Wild West Festival Committee also held executive-level elections. The results of the election are as follows:
- President: Julie Edgeman
- Vice President: Nanette Fitzhugh
- Treasurer: Jeff Ridgway
- Directors: Jeff Jordan and Isaiah Schindler
Bob Swift, an original festival committee member, will also continue to serve as a board director.
Call for Volunteers
The committee encourages community members to volunteer and assist in making the 2025 Wild West Festival a success.
