Additionally, all fireworks stands must prominently display their original permit at all times. Copies or reproductions of permits are not valid and may result in immediate closure of the business and further legal action.
Retailers must ensure compliance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standard numbers 1124 and 1126, as well as all local city codes. These standards cover proper storage, display, and sales practices to maintain public safety.
