On Wednesday, CC Steel will be performing sewer line maintenance on Vine Street at 17th&nbsp;Street in Hays between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 

The northbound and southbound lanes of Vine St. will remain open.

 Those traveling eastbound on 17th&nbsp;St., will only be able to turn right going southbound onto Vine St.
