The women at Hays First United Methodist Church, 305 W. Seventh, will host their annual “Peddlers’ Soup Lunch and Bake Sale” from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7.

The United Women in Faith group will serve homemade chili, hamburger vegetable soup, chicken noodle soup, relishes, homemade pie, and a beverage. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under the age of 10.

Soup may also be purchased in quart or pint jars that morning.&nbsp;Soup pre-orders may be submitted to Debra at (785) 623-1554 or (785) 625-3408.

Baked goodies and nuts will also be available for purchase. All proceeds will go to missions and local charities, a news release said.
