The Bricks in Downtown Hays
The Bricks in Downtown Hays is pleased to announce the return of its annual Farm to Fork Dinner on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, bringing together local food, culinary talent and community for a special evening in Downtown Hays.
Presented by Werth Wealth Management, Farm to Fork is a unique dining experience celebrating the people and products that help make our region special. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal crafted by Executive Chef Austin Petz, featuring fresh produce from the Downtown Hays Market and local growers.
Farm to Fork is designed to create a connection between the food on the table and the people behind it. From locally grown produce to the creativity of the chef preparing the meal, the evening highlights the importance of supporting local growers, makers and businesses while gathering together around a shared table.
The annual dinner also serves as a celebration of another successful season of the Downtown Hays Market, which brings local growers, bakers, makers and shoppers together in Downtown Hays each Saturday throughout the market season.
“The food is certainly at the center of the evening, but it is also about recognizing the growers who produce it, the talent that transforms it into something special and the people who choose to support local,” said Lee Ann June, executive director of The Bricks.

Farm to Fork will be held at The Strand, 1102 Main Street in Downtown Hays. With just 100 seats available, the event offers an intimate dining experience centered on local food and community. Tickets are $75 per person or $580 for a table of eight. Advance reservations are encouraged, as seating is limited.
