The Ellis County Public Works Road & Bridge Division announced an asphalt maintenance project will take place on Commerce Parkway between I-70 and 27th Street. Repairs will begin at 8:30 a.m. Thursday and will reopen every day at 4 p.m. until the project is completed. During repairs, traffic will be restricted to one lane.
This project area of Commerce Parkway will allow two-way traffic and will have flaggers to direct traffic. Drivers should expect a short delay in travel time. Motorists traveling in the affected area should use alternate routes of travel until the project has been completed.
