The mail carrier food drive for the Community Assistance Center was Saturday and collections were extremely low. Post card reminders were not sent out alerting residents to the drive, the center said.
The center needs the community's help to stock pantry shelves.
Food items or monetary assistance can be dropped off at 1108 Oak, or monetary donations can be mailed to the same address.
