City of Hays
Beginning on Thursday, January 7, work will begin to connect the extension of Skyline Drive to W. 41st Street in Hays.
A temporary automated flagger traffic signal will be installed along W. 41st Street to direct traffic through construction.
Eastbound and westbound traffic will be alternated on a one-lane road through the construction zone.
This traffic configuration will last approximately four weeks.
