City of Hays
The section of Wheatland Ave. in Hays, north of 22nd St. (adjacent to North Central Kansas Technical College), will be closed to through traffic for utility work beginning Monday, April 1.
The street will remain closed for approximately three weeks.
During this time, access to NCKTC will only be available from the East 27th St. access located north of the campus.
