The Russell, Hays, Lucas, Luray, and Victoria meal sites, including home delivery will be closed today, according to a notice from the Northwest Kansas Area Agency on Aging in Hays.
Hays-First Call for Help-Meals on Wheels delivery is cancelled for today, as well.
