HaysMed, part of The University of Kansas Health System, is sponsoring a free healthy cooking class for breast cancer survivors from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 18.&nbsp; The event will be held at The Center for Health Improvement Education Room, 2500 Canterbury.

This is a hands-on cooking class and demonstration and will include nutrition tips from a registered dictation and interactive cooking.&nbsp; You will be able to socialize with other breast cancer survivors in a casual setting, enjoy a meal and leave with a simple health meal to make at home.

RSVP by March 16 at 11:00 am to 785-623-5441.&nbsp; Registration is required and seating is limited.&nbsp;
