Beginning Wednesday at approximately 8 a.m., Sweeney's Pavement Maintenance will begin work on the asphalt on Wheatland Ave. in Hays, between East 22nd and 25th St. 

The area will be closed to through traffic until further notice and traffic control will be set in areas of work being completed.
