ELLIS - The Ellis City Council will conduct a special meeting tonight beginning at 6:30 p.m. in Ellis City Hall.
Council members will discuss options in the engineering study for the water treatment plant and water exploration project by Wilson & Company.
The second agenda item calls for an executive session to discuss confidential data relating to financial affairs.
