LOGAN — Ready, set, go! Kick off August 17, 2024, with a 5K Run or 2 Mile Fun Walk, in beautiful Logan.
Registration and T-shirt pickup begin at 7:00 a.m. at the corner of Douglas and Main. The 5K Run starts at 8:00 a.m. with the 2 Mile Walk to follow at 8:15 a.m. Register before August 5th to receive a free t-shirt. All registration fees are donated to Phillips County Hospice Services.
Top male and female runners in each category win $25.00 in Hansen Bucks. Top male and female walkers win $10.00 in Hansen Bucks. The top three winners in each category receive a medal. This race is held in conjunction with the 50th Annual Hansen Arts & Crafts Fair sponsored by the Hansen Museum, with funds from the Dane G. Hansen Foundation.
After the race, cool off in the shade and check out the crafty offerings at the Hansen Museum’s 50th Annual Arts and Crafts Fair. Vendor booths open for business at 9:00 a.m. Grab a bite to eat at one of the many food vendors. Take your pick from breakfast burritos, hamburgers, bratwursts, turkey & noodles, pies, barbeque, walking tacos, snow cones, kettle corn, and more. There is sure to be something tasty to refill your gas tank.
