Beginning Tuesday, the intersection of 11th and Ash in Hays will be closed to through traffic until further notice for waterline replacements. 

Any residents affected by this project will be notified by the contractor for any interruption of services. 

Please avoid the area if possible. Traffic control devices will be placed to direct the travelling public.
