BROWNELL - Traffic changes are scheduled to start, Monday, March 20, along K-4 from the west city limits east to the east city limits of the city of Brownell. 

K-4 traffic will be reduced to one lane through the project area to replace the existing asphalt pavement with concrete.

 Motorists should be aware of delays of up to 15 minutes as one-lane traffic will be directed by temporary traffic signals through the work zone. The lane reduction will be marked by signs and cones.

Morgan Brothers Construction, Inc., of La Crosse, is the contractor on this $1.2 million project, which is expected to be completed by mid-September, weather permitting.
