COLBY — Western Plains Art Association presents “Comedy Magician of the Year” Chipper Lowell on Sunday, February 2 at the Oakley High School Auditorium at 3:00 p.m.

Chipper's&nbsp;show is a nonstop, roller coaster of original&nbsp;magic, mentalism, bizarre juggling stunts, and&nbsp;edgy yet corporate-CLEAN comedy, peppered&nbsp;with rapid-fire ad-libs, improv, and audience&nbsp;participation.
