Beginning on Monday, contractors will be upgrading the signal light equipment and wiring for the Hays intersections of 27th&nbsp;&amp; Vine St. and 13th&nbsp;&amp; Vine St. 

Throughout the project, the signal lights may be intermittently flashing red, indicating a four-way stop, or even off completely. Under these scenarios the intersection may be controlled with temporary stop signs at some or all legs of the intersection. &nbsp;

Drivers are asked to use extra caution when approaching and entering the intersections. 

Avoid these areas, if possible, as travel delays can be expected. &nbsp;

Repairs are expected to be completed on or before the end of the day on Thursday.
