Beginning Monday, July 31, 2023, at 8:00 a.m., the 400 block of W. 15th Street between Elm and Walnut, and the 1800 block of Ash in Hays will be undergoing curb and brick repair/replacement. 

 The city of Hays urges the use of caution in these areas and regrets any inconvenience this may cause to the public.
