The Hays Fire Department will be inspecting and flow testing fire hydrants on Thursday in the area of Lincoln Dr. to Elm St. between 33rd St. and 37th St., and also Hall St. to Columbine Dr. between 27th St. and 33rd St. 

This is part of a coordinated effort by the city of Hays to inspect all fire hydrants in the city and flush all water mains annually.
