Beginning Tuesday, at approximately 8 a.m., Morgan Brothers Construction will begin work on pavement reconstruction on 28th Street in Hays, between Fort and Oak. 

The area will be closed to through traffic until further notice and traffic control will be set in areas of work being completed.
