Beginning Monday, July 8 at about 8 a.m., the west part of the 11th and Walnut and 14th and Walnut intersections in Hays will be closed to through traffic for water line replacements. 

Any residents affected by this project will be notified by the contractor for any interruption of services.

The City of Hays regrets any inconvenience this may cause to the public.
