Farm to Fork dinner returns Oct. 21 to celebrate local flavors and community

The Bricks (Downtown Hays Development Corporation) is proud to announce the return of its signature fall event, the Farm to Fork dinner, on Tuesday, Oct. 21, at The Strand, 1102 Main Street, Hays.

Presented by Werth Wealth Management, the Farm to Fork Dinner is a one-of-a-kind culinary experience celebrating the bounty of northwest Kansas.

Guests will enjoy a gourmet multi-course meal crafted by Executive Chef Austin Petz, featuring the freshest produce from the Downtown Hays Market and local growers.

“Farm to Fork has become a tradition that not only showcases the incredible talent of local chefs and farmers, but also highlights the community spirit that makes Downtown Hays so special,” said Lee Ann June, executive director at The Bricks in Downtown Hays. “It’s an evening of connection, celebration, and unforgettable flavors.”

The evening will feature:

• A thoughtfully curated menu designed to highlight local produce and ingredients.
• Elegant dining inside one of Downtown Hays’ most iconic venues, The Strand.
• A chance to connect with neighbors, friends, and supporters of Downtown Hays.

Tickets are limited to just 100 seats. Individual tickets are $75 each or $580 for a reserved table of 8. Proceeds support The Bricks’ mission to enhance and promote Downtown Hays through events, beautification, and historic preservation.
