The city of Hays has hired T&amp;T Builders to remove and replace portions of General Hays between Cody and Downing. 

The portion of General Hays between Cody and Downing will be closed starting at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, July 28th for pavement removal and replacement with the hopes of opening back up by the end of August 2023.
