OAKLEY — The city of Oakley will be implementing emergency snow routes at midnight Saturday.&nbsp;

 Please remove all vehicles off of the snow routes. Also please remove vehicles off the secondary routes and consider removing vehicles from narrow streets and one-way streets to give the plows room to operate.&nbsp;
