Beginning Tuesday, 12th Street in Hays will be closed to through traffic just west of Pine Street for storm sewer work.

  Pine Street will remain open to north/south traffic, but 12th Street will be closed to east/west traffic. 

 12th Street is expected to reopen by the end of the day Friday.
