Hays USD 489 staff will give a report at 6:30 tonight about it's at-risk accountability plan.

Chris Hipp, assistant superintendent of finance, will also review fiscal year '26 spending on at-risk programs.

The board also will consider approval of bids to add handicap, staff and visitor parking spaces at Hays High School and mill and overlay of staff parking and circle drive at O'Loughlin Elementary School.

Commercial Builders of Hays has submitted a bid of $172,590 for the Hays High handicap and staff parking. PWC has submitted a $115,000 bid for Hays High activities/events overflow parking and a bleacher pad.
