LIBERAL – Cooper Johnson shot an even-par 70 and finished in second place to pace the Hays High boys golfers at the Liberal Invitional Tuesday at the Willow Tree Golf Course.
Dodge City’s AJ Peters won the individual title with a 2-under-par 70. Hays High’s Caleb Thompson shot a 5-over-par 77 and finished sixth.
Dodge City won the team title with a 307, Liberal was second with a 312 and Hays third with a 320.
