SHERIDAN COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just after 9p.m. Monday in Sheridan County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2015 GMC Sierra driven by Morgan L. Riley, 29, Harrah, Oklahoma, was northbound on Kansas 23 at the K383/U.S. 83 Junction. The driver ran a stop sign. A southwest bound 2015 Peterbilt semi driven by Jonathan D Koehn, 44, Scotia, Nebraska struck the pickup.
EMS transported Riley to the hospital in Hoxie and Koehn to the hospital in Oberlin. Riley was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
