The Hays City Commission will consider approving the final plat and rezoning for The Grove housing development north of the hospital during their work session this afternoon.

City Manager Toby Dougherty explained what is proposed for the area:

Other <a href="https://www.haysusa.com/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_10052023-1444">agenda items for Oct. 5</a> include a renewal of the municipal golf course pro-shop operations with manager Jeremy Coulter and a bid to refurbish the large yellow slide in the Hays Aquatic Park.

The meeting starts at 4 p.m. in Hays City Hall, 1507 Main.
