A 34-year-old Ellis man was arrested on charges of aggravated indecent liberties and aggravated criminal sodomy involving a minor.
According to court documents, between 2015 and 2018 in Ellis County, suspect Heath Ryan Robins allegedly engaged in lewd fondling or touching with a child younger than 14 years old.
Robins was booked into the Ellis County Jail on Oct. 16.
Court documents also reveal that in August 2023, Robins allegedly presented or distributed obscene material to a minor and committed child misconduct in Trego County.
Both alleged offenses were filed in October and are under active investigation.
Robins is scheduled to appear in Ellis County district court next on Nov. 5.
