Logan resident Janice K. Lohrmeyer passed away November 26, 2020, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, NE at the age of 77. She was born Aug. 15, 1943, in Phillips County, KS, the daughter of Gus & Mary (Vogel) Forssberg.
Survivors include her husband Gale of the home in Logan; 2 sons, Mike & David of Hays; her daughter, Gayla Binder of Hays; her brother, Gene Forssberg of Logan; 14 grandchildren & 19 great grandchildren.
A private family Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wed. Dec. 2 at 10:30 a.m. in the St. John’s Catholic Church, Logan, with Father George Chalbhagam officiating. The service will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery.
A public Rosary Service will be held Tues. Dec. 1 at 6:30 p.m. in the Logan Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Logan Manor or the St. John’s Ladies Guild & Choir.
Visitation will be from noon to 9:00 Monday & Tuesday at the Logan Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 7:00 to 8:00 Tuesday evening.
