Chamber in Hays
HAYS, Kan. (July 6, 2026) – The Chamber in Hays, Kansas is pleased to announce the hiring of Delanee Bedore as its new Event and Program Coordinator.
Bedore shared her enthusiasm for joining The Chamber in Hays, Kansas.
“With my background in hospitality, I look forward to supporting our local businesses, building community connections, and helping create events and programs that make a positive impact. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve the Hays community and excited for what’s ahead,” Bedore said.
As Event and Program Coordinator, Bedore will collaborate closely with chamber members and sponsors to deliver signature events, coordinate event communications, support chamber operations and initiatives, and manage sponsorships throughout the year.
“Her experience in hospitality, event planning, and work experience will undoubtedly serve our members exceptionally well,” said Sarah Wasinger, President/CEO of The Chamber in Hays, Kansas. “We look forward to introducing Delanee to our membership in the coming months and watching her lend her talents to the upcoming 38th Annual Education Appreciation and 2027 Hays and Ellis County Community Guide.”
Bedore will officially begin her role with The Chamber in Hays, Kansas on July 13.
