City of Russell offices and the public transportation bus will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.
Sanitation routes usually serviced on Friday will be serviced the following Monday.
Please make sure your poly-carts are out by 7 a.m., as the sanitation trucks have no set pickup times throughout the day.
