SCOTT COUNTY —A Kansas man was injured in an accident just before 3p.m. Wednesday in Scott County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Mack semi driven by Jeremy S. Weaver, 47, Ness City, was as southbound on Kansas 95 Highway two miles west of U.S. 83.
The driver was unable to negotiate the S curve. The truck rolled onto the passenger side, slid through the KDOT guardrail and rolled off of an embankment.
EMS transported Weaver to the Scott County Hospital. The KHP did not have seat belt usage information.
