EMPORIA-- Scarlett Kennedy Erin Nowlin of Victoria, Kansas, was one of over 550 students who graduated from Emporia State University in May 2024.
Nowlin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing.
